Rayleigh Full Property & Landscape Renovation
The clients were recommended to Emerging Landscape Design (via a friend), requiring a full front and rear landscape design for their property renovation project in Rayleigh, Essex. The main residence was being completely re-built at the time and the landscape buried under building materials and machinery - this proved quite a challenge when trying to access different outside spaces visually and to inventory and assess the ground and boundary conditions. Drone Photography, architectural plans and an existing topographical survey helped to establish a blank canvas on which the design work could begin.

The Brief was quite wide ranging but focused mainly on the clients wishes to have multiple outside entertaining spaces, that whilst connected, remained quite individual to a particular area, much like a ‘room’ - resulting in the lounge, bar and swimming pool areas which are across subtle but differing levels. Access ways, planting to soften the transition between spaces all aided the journey through the landscape. Different materials and visual destinations helped to focus the eye on immediate and further afield spaces. The clients loved the design and are currently finishing the property with a view to tendering for landscape contracting services in 2024.

The 2D & 3D renders are high quality and have really helped my wife with visualising our scheme.
